Classpass

I was never able to stick to regular workouts until I signed up for Classpass. I had many excuses: I got bored of the same workout, the gym was too far, my work schedule was too unpredictable, and the drop-in rates at individual studios were too expensive.

Then, I decided to try Classpass back in 2017, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Classpass offers a variety of workouts, from the more traditional classes such yoga, cycling, pilates, HIIT, and dance classes to the more uncommon, such as aerial yoga, cardio bungee, aerial silks, water biking, pole dancing, and trampoline cardio. They also have wellness offerings such as massages, meditation, cryotherapy, and facials.

Since there are so many studios and class offerings, I could always find a class to sign up for if I got out of work late or if I needed to get to a studio that was walking distance from my home. The rates are heavily discounted from the normal drop in rates at the participating businesses, so I find it to be of enormous value.

I tend to get bored of the same workout, so I have had a great time trying out different studios and activities. I was able to find the ones that made fitness fun for me and had me going back again and again.

Classpass is a great “try before you buy” sampler of gyms and studios around you that offers variety, flexibility, and value.
